Small wall fountain with antique bush-hammered trough

The originality behind this weathered stone wall fountain is that its basin is in fact a massive stone trough, a former food pantry, and that its main pediment is shifted on one side.
 

The basin is in fact an antique monolithic trough in white limestone, a former food pantry, fitted with 2 metallic rest-bucket bars.
The stonework pediment is divided in two parts. The right side is featuring a monolithic stone with a carved-in recess, an old wrought iron water spout, and a nicely molded capital. The left side, a lower wall, is made of 3 rows of stones topped by a thick molded cornice.
