Garden fountain in weathered stone with antique cast iron shell

This wall fountain is a hand-crafted and unique garden fountain crafted in Provence using authentic reclaimed materials : antique weathered limestone and old ironwork.
 

The rather tall basin is made of large and thick blocks of stone and wide rounded and finely molded copings.
The stone pediment is finely sculpted with a recessed chamfer on its outskirts and is flanked by 2 sculpted corbels.
An old cast iron shell, used as a tier, is fitted on the pediment above the basin on a small finely sculpted stone.
The water flows out of the antique wrought iron water spout to then overflow in the cast iron shell-like tier below and finally pour down into the main basin underneath.

The natural stones now bear a stunning natural patina.
