Antique patinated white stone trough

This long livestock trough in white stone beautifully weathered by time, is an authentic testament to the rural Provence of days gone by.

It was once used as a watering trough for Camargue horses and was set into the wall of a stable. An iron ring still present on one side was used to tether the animals.

Composed of two massive stone sections, this antique trough, rectangular, long and shallow, displays rustic charm and a strong decorative presence.

Today, it can enjoy a second life as a decorative garden feature, a stone planter, or an authentic statement piece for a home of character.
