Antique large granite grinding wheel

This magnificent old piece is a very large grinding wheel in massive stone (granite) which was then used to grind grain in our beautiful countryside in France.

Composed of 3 elements including a central element with a scapped-metal hole tghat goes right through the stone, this grinding wheel is an antique piece of rare beauty !
