Wall fountain in weathered old stones with sculpted pediment and wash-house basin

Hand-crafted in our stone-cutting atelier in Provence using authentic antique stones, reclaimed stones beautifully worn and patinated by time, this wall fountain is a unique water feature.


The rectangular basin is quite wide but rather shallow (interior basin's height : 40 centimeters). It is made of 2 rows of massive and thick antique stones : a basement topped by sloping coping stones, reminiscent of the traditional Provence wash-houses, on three sides.

The pediment is narrower than the basin, creating an elegant silhouette. It features a beautifully molded and sculpted central stone with a recessed central panel that highlights the antique wrought-iron water spout. On either side, it is flanked by two beautiful corbel stones sculpted with volutes.
