Large antique trough in hard stone weathered and patinated by time

This old stone trough, large and rectangular, has been crafted in a natural hard limestone.

Its rustic appearance and its beautiful natural patina make it a charming object to easily decorate your outdoors : either used as a sturdy planter or transformed into a small watering place like a fountain (by simply adding a pediment and a water outlet).

This ancient stone trough used to serve as a pantry : the foods were stored in it to be kept away from light, moisture and rodents !
